<description>This is off-topic but what advice do you have for someone (me) looking for an on-camera host for a new vodcast/podcast?

What factors should I look for? How important are looks? (The fact that you are attractive has got to help.) Knowledge in the target field/area? Speaking ability? Writing ability? Attitude?

How should the deal be structured? What happens if the &quot;talent&quot; leaves the show? (RocktBoom!) Perhaps you can point me to some resources on this subject.

Peace,
