There’s a great audio file posted here with Brian Murray, Group President for HarperCollins Publishers. Recorded I believe last year, he talks about retooling the enterprise for the twenty-first century.

Great info and now I want to be a part of the Julie Buxbaum experiment.
This month I used Twitter to promote Gayle Roper’s Fatal Deduction (Random House) Four other twit friends of mine and I twitted about the book. Announced the day and time we would be chirping. I linked my amazon affiliate of the book to track and hits to her book went up. Social media works.
