By day, Daisy Whitney is a producer, reporter and on-air host in the new media business.
At night she writes novels for teens and is the author of The Mockingbirds and The Rivals, which are in bookstores now. Daisy's third novel When You Were Here will be released in Spring 2013.
When she's not inventing fictional teen worlds, Daisy covers online video, over-the-top TV, social media, mobile phones and tablets for Media Post, Beet.TV and others. She also writes for Cynopsis, CableFax and Emmy Magazine. She also created and produced her news show The New Media Minute for four and a half years.

Ha-ha. I love that picture!! Cooking is such a pain, which is why I rarely do it. Especially in the summer-it’s just too hot!
My stepmom burnt soup daily when I was growing up. I know the affliction well.
I can’t cook anything.. good thing soon-to-be new roommate loves to cook. And I have a phone.
